RN Reassures COVID-19 Patients At Hospital: An Orland Park Hero

ORLAND PARK, IL — When times are tough, heroes emerge. We all know someone who’s making a difference right now as we live through unprecedented times. Here at Patch, we’ve launched an initiative to help recognize these everyday heroes.

Why do you believe the nominee should be recognized or honored?
Salie works on the co-vid19 floor every day when she goes to work she is compassionate, going above and beyond to make sure her patients are comfortable, she sits with them and tries to reassure them, when they feel lonely after working 12 hours she comes home and is doing school work and talking test online to get her masters in nursing.

What’s one thing you want everyone to know about your hero?:
She puts compassion and dedication in everything she sets out to accomplish a hero to all !!!
